On Saturday, March 16, the WaterColor Community Association will host its 8th annual Art in the Park from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. in WaterColor’s Cerulean Park and Town Center.
WaterColor is the ideal backdrop for this open-air event where homeowners, guests and locals alike are invited to spend the day exploring a wide spectrum of art, enjoying live music or socializing over a tasty bite to eat.
Artists of all genres will feature mediums including but not limited to: oil, acrylic and watercolor paintings, charcoal, chalk, pastel and color pencil drawings, recycled art, photography, printmaking, digital art, glass art, jewelry, fabric art, custom-made furniture, mixed media, pottery, wood work and more!
"We are extremely excited about the caliber of work that will be on display at this year's Art in the Park," said event manager Hillary Fosdyck of Monark Events. "This is certainly WaterColor's largest and most diverse show to date and every year we are even more impressed with the talents of these incredible artists."
As a festive addition to this year’s event, local acoustic favorite, Kyle LaMonica, will play from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Town Center and to add to the excitement, South Walton’s own Dread Clampitt will perform in front of Chan's Wine World in WaterColor from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Bring out your friends and family on March 16 as WaterColor welcomes in spring with this vibrant, eclectic and lively event. This event is free and open to the public.
