After a complete renovation, inside and out, ResortQuest's Seagrove Beach office now shines as the hub of the company's operations along Scenic Hwy. 30A.
"There was no stone left unturned and we decided to do the renovation to appeal to the clients we represent and give us a fresh new look," said Michael Taylor, area operations manager for ResortQuest by Wyndham Vacation Rentals. "Our goal was to achieve the 'wow' factor from the moment our guests walk through the door to the service we provide."
Showcasing a "beach chic decor with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere," the Seagrove Beach office re-opened its doors in grand style during a March 15 ribbon cutting celebration, which featured local guitarist Steve Adams.
As part of the facelift, the office was transformed with wood plank tile and new carpet throughout, new quartz countertops, and all new furniture, decor items, paint and 30A-inspired artwork from local landmarks from Santa Rosa Beach to Rosemary Beach. Visitors to the office will also notice a new beverage area and coffee bar on the office's second floor.
Outside improvements included a new parking lot with decorative pavers, enhanced handicapped parking, fresh landscaping with lighting, new paint and beautiful shutters.
The Seagrove office was originally built in the mid-80s when ResortQuest was Abbott Realty.
"Since we have been in this area for some time, we felt it was time to transition our environment to a more '30A' look," said Barbara McCall, sales manager/broker associate. "We would be happy to have area residents and guests come by and see the new office and enjoy the new surroundings."
Broker Carmella Bell told The Sun that the Seagrove Beach office was originally selected because of its "highly visible and convenient" location midway along 30A.
While the team celebrates a "new beginning" at the Seagrove Beach office, they are also celebrating their accomplishments as a company.
During 2012, Bell said the Seagrove Beach office had the highest percentage increase of all ResortQuest branch sales offices "with three-and-a-half times their previous years production."
Bell said the team also welcomed back the Mary Stephens Team in 2012, which ranked No. 1 in ResortQuest for nine consecutive years. The team is composed of Stephens, Cali Wilson, Michelle Bailey and Greg Bahr.
The Seagrove Beach office serves both real estate buyers and sellers, provides property management for local properties and serves as a check-in location for vacation rental guests. Bell said guests can expect "creative real estate marketing and flawless service" when they visit the revamped office.
The sales team in Seagrove consists of Ann Hammonds, Ken Catrino, Kelly Webb, Mary Rosenheim, Jeannette and Eddy Smith, Chip Wasson and team leader Barbara McCall.
As part of the Wyndham family, Taylor told The Sun that his team is now able to combine the "global outreach" of Wyndham, while still providing owners and guests the local care and attention they deserve. Wyndham acquired ResortQuest in 2010.
"We are able to offer exciting benefits to our owners, such as the Wyndham Home Exchange program that allows you to trade weeks at your vacation rental for vacations around the world," Taylor said.
