Nestled on 30A, just one mile east of Seaside, is a quaint, gated community that will soon be the talk of the town. SeaNest Village is taking 30A by storm thanks to area builder Marty Williams of Chi-Mar Construction.

Williams, who has done projects in many of the resort communities on 30A, is excited to work with two renowned local architects such as Tyler Doin and Greg Jazayeri and some of his favorite Realtors to get this Mediterranean-inspired private community back on the map.

Chi-Mar invites the 30A community to celebrate the relaunch of SeaNest Village with a low country shrimp boil from 4-7 p.m. Oct. 22.  Guests will have an opportunity to see what lots and floor plans are available as well as enjoy food, drinks, live music and door prizes.

With only 42 lots in the entire subdivision, SeaNest is a smaller community and thus more exclusive, but its impact will be big as residents will enjoy deeded beach access, a private pool, walking trails and privacy created by being buffered by Point Washington State Park to the north. One of its main selling points is the location. SeaNest is just a mile east of 395 and 30A and thus is positioned perfectly for residents that want the best of both worlds.

As building booms in this up and coming community, local Realtors who have been hungry to share more options for 30A buyers are thrilled with the opportunity it presents.

Beachy Beach 30A Owner Hilary Farnum says, “This relaunch could not have come at a more perfect time. I can recommend SeaNest village without a moment’s hesitation for buyers looking for a private community with beach access. This is going to be the next, hot thing on 30A.”

Hannah Martin with Beach Properties of Florida, who has a few of the properties listed as well, shares the excitement for the community.

“SeaNest Village is perfect for those wanting the 30A feel of Rosemary and Alys Beach but don’t want to break the bank in the process. The building plans are architecturally sophisticated and the proximity to the beach and Point Washington State Park makes it desirable to both the year round and part time resident, at an affordable price point.”

But as mentioned previously, the main draw of this subdivision will be the location. Rita Montgomery, of Pelican Real Estate, just sold a property in SeaNest and agrees this is the most desirable aspect of the community.

“As a Realtor, my buyers are absolutely loving the location of this community, between the ease of access and proximity to Seaside, location is everything.”
