Finz After Dark will be held Friday, Nov. 2 from 7 to 10 p.m. at Finz Beachside Grill and Pool Deck at Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. Finz provides a beautiful and stunning setting for this new special event, with views of the sugar white sand and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico.  Guests can stroll poolside, beachside and inside and savor the views while enjoying an unprecedented combination of exotic food, over the top desserts, reserve wines, signature cocktails made from premium liquors, show beverage mixology, entertainment and dancing under the stars!



Delicious culinary items specially prepared by Sandestin’s expert culinary team will feature foods from around the world. Menu includes:



Hawaii – Sautéed Hawaiian Blue Prawns, Citrus Smoked Paprika Glaze, Black Thai Jasmine Rice, Grilled Mako Shark Medallions, baby Bok Choy, Charred Tomato Relish and Saimin Noodles.



Italy – Arancini di Rosa, Carnaroli Rice, Local Blue Crab, Sherry Crema Risotto con Guanical di Manzo, Arborio Rice, Braised Beef, Hen of The Woods, Balsamic Agrodolce and Parmesan Tuille.



France – Duck Confit, Pistachio Duxelle, Puff Pastry, Marinated Tomato, Port Demi-Glace, Fois Gras, Truffle Cognac Infused Mousse, Grilled Baquette, Caramelized Fig, balsamic Reduction.



Eastern Asia – Sake-Lemongrass Seared Sea Scallops, Pickled Cucumber Noodles, Enoki Mushrooms, Spicy Shrimp Smoked Eel Sauce, Five Spiced Peking Duck Breast, Green Onion, Watermelon Radish and Lychee Gazpacho.



Africa – Tandoori Spiced Pork Tenderloin, Black Eyed Peas, Piquillo Pepper Relish, Spiced Squash Puree, Cilantro Pesto Moroccan Spiced Grouper Ceviche, Flavors of Citrus, Harissa.



Desserts include a Banana Fosters live action station. In addition, an extraordinary dessert and coffee station will provide a sweet finale including a White Chocolate Fountain with Fresh Tropical Fruits and dipping confections.



When you’re feeling thirsty, visit one of the many drink stations such as the Ketel One Vodka Ice Luge, with various flavors of Ketel One Vodka, a Rum, Bourbon and Cigar Station, featuring Cruzan Rums and specialty drinks, Beam Bourbons and cigars and a tequila station with top shelf tequila drinks and margaritas. There will also be a Gin Station, featuring Beefeater gins and a Sake and Martini Station



The event is part of The Taste of The Beach, organized in part by the Walton Area Chamber of Commerce, and features an extended weekend of wine and food.
