Walton County Man Arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine

The Walton County Sheriff’s Office (WCSO) yesterday arrested Michael Patrick Oliver, 59, of Bruce, Fla., on methamphetamine drug charges.
The WCSO yesterday executed a probable cause search warrant at 28 Rooks Bluff Road in Bruce, Fla. During the search, investigators recovered a container that held methamphetamine residue, two marijuana plants and equipment used to produce marijuana.
Oliver was charged with one count of producing marijuana, a third-degree felony; one count of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), a third-degree felony; and one count of possession of narcotic equipment, a first-degree misdemeanor.
Oliver was booked into the Walton County Jail.
