DeFuniak Springs Man Arrested for Producing Marijuana

The Walton County Sheriff's Office (WCSO) yesterday arrested Robert Clay Posey, 51, of DeFuniak Springs, Fla, on marijuana drug charges.
The WCSO executed a search warrant May 27 at Posey's residence at 183 Vanderheide Road and located approximately 27 marijuana plants and drug paraphernalia used to cultivate the illegal substance.
Posey was charged with one count of producing marijuana, a third-degree felony; and one count of possession of narcotic equipment, a first-degree misdemeanor.
He turned himself in to the Walton County Jail.
