Silver Sands Recognizes Employee of the Month

Silver Sands Factory Stores Employee of the Month for November is Glenda Penton of Kasper (left). She has been with Kasper for almost six years.

“Glenda has such a sincere and honest approach with our customers and they love her,” said  Janie Wasmer, store manager at Kasper. “She is always exceeding expectations.  This will be the sixth year in a row achieving all of her sales goals.  She continues to be one of the highest producers in our store. Her positive attitude is infectious and she is always going above and beyond to ensure the best customer service.

"She has taken the initiative to host several client events, has taken requests from customers and even delivered them to their home or work. Glenda is very involved with her family, church and the Boys and Girls Club. We are lucky to have her on our team.”
