Crime Stoppers seeks information

Crime Stoppers of Walton County, Inc is currently looking for information on the following crime. Crime Stoppers will pay a reward of up to $1,000 for information leading to an arrest; the information must be reported through the tip line to be eligible for the reward, and remember the code number to pick up the reward!

Stephen Vance Cartwright is wanted for felony violation of probation on the original charges of two counts of grand theft. Cartwright, also known as Shawn Ray Jones, is a 46-year old white male, 6 feet tall, 190 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes. His last known address is 2305 Gladstone Terrace, Oklahoma.

Neil Roy Draper is wanted for felony violation of probation on the original charges of theft from a construction site. Draper is a 37-year old white male, 5 feet 8 inches tall, 170 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes. He has multiple tattoos: A bull on his right arm, an eagle on his back and a dream catcher on his right leg. His last known address is the Boulder County Jail, Boulder, Colo.

Richard Allen Rutledge is wanted for fraudulent impersonation, use of another person's identity without consent. Rutledge is a 59-year old white male, 5 feet 5 inches tall, 140 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. His last known address is the Walton County Jail.
