Wow! What if he would have gone into a cardiac arrest after being tased? He was under the influence so maybe if he was in his right state of mind he wouldn't have did the things he did. I am so against law enforcement being allowed to use taser when the situation clearly don't call for it. It is unnecessary force if you ask me. Using a taser against unarmed suspect to subdue them is a sign of laziness and a lack of physical training. Wow! Why am I paying taxes for law enforcement training if informant or the public is actually doing all the work. Earn your pay!
