Silver Sands names Employee of the Month

The Employee of the Month for December at Silver Sands Factory Stores is Andrew Hudson of Sony. He has been with Sony almost five years and was recently promoted to assistant manager.

“Andrew’s entrepreneurial spirit is evident in driving sales,” said Mark Ruschman, store manager at Sony. “Andrew is always promoting the store with grassroots marketing and by creating and implementing in-store contests for our team. He has utilized his creative merchandising skills to create product signage that promotes the benefits of our store’s products that is now being utilized by all stores in our district. Andrew is able to get everyone involved by catering to the strengths of each employee. He is widely recognized and respected in our district, especially as our store’s service captain. We are lucky to have Andrew on our team.” 

Silver Sands Employee of the Month winners receive a $25 gift card to Silver Sands and a $25 gift certificate to Carrabba’s Italian Grill.
