Best places to work applications now available

SHALIMAR - The Workforce Development Board of Okaloosa and Walton Counties announces that 2008 Best Places To Work applications are now available. The award is open to any business in Okaloosa or Walton County.
Winners will be selected in one of three categories including 1-49 employees, 50-149 employees and 150+ employees. Interested businesses can link to the application/survey by logging onto www.JobsPlusOneStop.com. Application deadline April 18, 2008.
Winners will be announced on day two of the Third Annual Workforce Summit, May 8 and 9 at the Breakfast of Champions celebration. This event is brought to the Okaloosa/Walton County area by the Workforce Development Board in partnership with Florida's Great Northwest, Crestview Area Chamber of Commerce, Destin Area Chamber of Commerce, Greater Fort Walton Beach Chamber of Commerce, Niceville Valparaiso Chamber of Commerce, Walton Area Chamber of Commerce, Okaloosa County Economic Development Council and the Walton County Economic Development Council.
