Brad Smith named Prudential's top producer

Brad Smith moved to Sandestin in 1987 to sell real estate, and he hasn't slowed down since. With over 30 listings in 2013 alone, and half of them sold already, it is no surprise that he is Prudential’s top producer.

His Broker, Royce Mitchell, couldn't be happier.

“If someone wants their home sold fast and at a great price they’ll list with Brad,” Mitchell said. “The key to his success is his great attention to detail along with his ability to get property sold at a fair price. Once a client works with Brad, they stay with him.”

When asked about the company Smith said, "Prudential has a long running integrity of their brand which translates into tremendous market strength, making it one of the best companies to work with. As a Prudential Fine Home Specialist, as well as a Chairman’s Circle award winner for the last five years, I have forums to share listings, ideas, and market trends with some of the finest top producing real estate professionals in North America. Locally we have a wonderful team with really great office support."

Smith has found that the market is definitely rebounding from the decline.

While he’s pleased that the market is improving, he said that it is critical to correctly price a home in order to get it sold. Overpricing your home can mean many extra months on the market without selling, if ever, and if it’s listed too low the seller will be missing out on the true value of their property. Selling your home quickly means finding the right list price.

A testament to Prudential PenFed's award winning status, Smith is known for listing properties at new record prices, and often has them under contract in less than 30 days. In 2013 over a third of the properties he sold were under contract within two weeks.
