Spending the Thanksgiving holiday on 30A has become a cherished tradition for many families along Florida’s Emerald Coast. It’s a special time for the generations to gather and celebrate being together.  NatureWalk at Seagrove is also celebrating this fall with dozens of new homes and families moving into the neighborhood, following a record-breaking sales year.

Located adjacent to WaterColor and Seaside, NatureWalk is hosting the “Life’s a Beach Home Tour Weekend”, this Saturday and Sunday. Visitors and their guests are invited to this special open house event to tour 30A’s hottest selling community and its four designer-decorated model homes.  Visitors will be served refreshments and have the opportunity to tour The Gathering Place, NatureWalk’s social centerpiece.

“The Gathering Place has come to life with so many families moving in the community,” says Steve Griggs, vice president with Kolter Homes.  “The swimming pool, playground, putting green and other activities are very popular during the day, but everyone seems to really enjoy getting together around the firepit during the evenings.”

For homeowners who are ready to make their move to 30A, NatureWalk at Seagrove has several move-in ready residences available. A frenzied summer sales pace resulted in the early release of Phase II homesites and Kolter Homes has constructed several new residences available to buyers who desire immediate occupancy. During the year-end sales event, Kolter Homes is also offering special fall incentives on any quick delivery home that closes before the end of 2013.

NatureWalk at Seagrove is located minutes from Seagrove Beach and the community’s private entrance featuring a picturesque wooden bridge showcases the natural landscape of the Point Washington State Forest that surrounds the community. Although residents are only a short bike ride to the beach and favorite downtown hotspots, they enjoy a private natural sanctuary that serves as a backdrop to the charming single-family homes priced from the high $400s.

Eight unique floorplans are offered, each designed in the distinct coastal architecture admired throughout the region.

Expansive wrap-around porches and secluded private patios are the perfect settings for indoor and outdoor living that invite family and friend gatherings. A variety of floorplans offer convenient owner’s lockouts, dual master suites, great rooms with open kitchens, bonus rooms and plenty of storage.
