Seagar’s appoints new general manager

Seagar’s Prime Steaks and Seafood executives announced the recent appointment of Tia Triplett as general manager of the restaurant in Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort & Spa. Triplett will oversee the day-to-day operations of the 200-seat fine-dining restaurant, which recently underwent a $1 million renovation.

“Tia has had an accomplished career in the hospitality industry that allows her a degree of knowledge and a skill set that will certainly be an overall asset to our company,” said Gary Brielmayer, general manager of Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort & Spa. “However, it is her commitment to providing superb service and her dedication to unparalleled quality, both of which are longstanding hallmarks of Seagar’s Prime Steaks and Seafood, that make her an incredible addition to the restaurant’s stellar team.”
