Leida S. Bilby new at First Florida Bank

First Florida Bank recently announced Leida S. Bilby has joined the bank as vice president/mortgage loan officer.

Bilby, a veteran of the mortgage industry with 30 years’ experience, previously served as a vice president and manager for the mortgage department of a community bank in the Panhandle area. She is familiar with all loan products, from FNMA, VA, FHA and Construction/Perm loans.

First Florida Bank Chairman/CEO Frank Burge said, “Leida is such an asset to our customers at First Florida. We are honored to have her as part of our organization.”

Tops’l Beach and Racquet Resort named a top family-friendly resort for groups

Wyndham Vacation Rentals announced recently the editors of ConventionSouth magazine have selected Tops’l Beach & Racquet Resort as one of the “South’s Top Family-Friendly Resorts for Groups.”

ConventionSouth editors selected Tops’l Beach and Racquet Resort because of its ability to provide fun activities for all ages and because it’s ideal for meetings where attendees can bring their families.

“We have the facilities to accommodate meetings of up to 150 people and the on-site conference services staff to facilitate every request, but the heart of our resort is its beauty and unique amenities,” said Ed Evans, senior operations manager at Tops’l Beach and Racquet Resort. “Meeting attendees can enjoy a drink at the Tiki Bar following a day filled with meetings and start each day with a round of tennis or a stroll on the beach. Spa and salon opens

Sanabella Spa and Salon recently opened at 6652 East County Highway 30A, Suite 140, in WaterSound Beach.

Sanabella is a full service spa and salon offering a wide range of hair, nail, skin care, body treatment and massage therapy services and products. A team of stylists, nail technicians, estheticians, and massage therapists customize each experience to the needs of guests.

Operating hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday and 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Wednesdays. Saturdays and Sundays are by appointment only.
