Drew Williams named to UMass Lowell dean's list

Drew Williams of Miramar Beach was recently recognized for achieving academic distinction at the University of Massachusetts Lowell.

Williams, majoring in information technology, was named to the dean's list at UMass Lowell for the spring 2014 semester.

To qualify for the dean's list at UMass Lowell, a student must have completed no fewer than 12 graded credits for the semester and earned at least a 3.25 grade point average with no grade lower than C and without any incompletes.

UMass Lowell is a national research university located on a high-energy campus in the heart of a global community. The university offers its 17,000 students bachelor's, master's and doctoral degrees in business, education, engineering, fine arts, health, humanities, sciences and social sciences.
