Students participate in Chautauqua festival
Van R. Butler Elementary first graders from Mrs. Trodd’s room and Mrs. Rogers art class recently participated in the Chautauqua festival in DeFuniak Springs. Students built an exhibit of Plains Ga., home of former President Jimmy Carter and got to meet former First Lady Rosalynn Carter. The student’s exhibit received an outstanding rating.
