Redfish Village had a good turnout for its Irish night June 27. Lots of locals were there enjoying the party. Ladie Bea and Wayne Carlisle, Betsy Evett, Sean Hughes, Christy Haynes, Didon Comer, Lee Wilcox, Kathy Fly Bridges, Susan Thornton, Sherry and Mike McCarty, and Carl Rush were some. Salty Dog Saloon held its grand opening last weekend. I just had to try the exploding brie burger. It was quite a two-handed experience, topped off by their signature drink, the Salty Dog.
