Rosemary Beach Uncorked

Rosemary Beach, the coastal community along Scenic Hwy. 30-A, has announced the addition of two new culinary events to be held Oct. 22 and Oct. 24 in conjunction with the “Rosemary Beach Uncorked” culinary and wine event.

Restaurant Paradis at Rosemary Beach will host “The Wagner Family of Wines Wine Dinner” at 7 p.m. Oct. 22. This dinner will showcase five pre-set courses complemented by five wines selected by Michael McIntosh, certified sommelier. Tickets are $99 per person (exclusive of tax and gratuity). Wild Olives Market & Deli hosts a “Champagne Brunch” from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Oct. 24. Participants will enjoy a pre-set brunch menu and “endless” champagne. Tickets are $30 per person, and reservations may be made at 231-0065.

The weekend’s signature culinary and wine event, “Rosemary Beach Uncorked,” takes place from 1 to 5 p.m. Oct. 23. Eight Rosemary Beach restaurants will each prepare three signature dishes to pair with six selected wines, for a total of 24 gourmet food and 48 boutique wine pairings.  

Participating restaurants are Amavida Coffee, Courtyard Wine & Cheese, Cowgirl Kitchen, La Crema Tapas & Chocolate, Onano Neighborhood Café, Restaurant Paradis, Summer Kitchen and Wild Olives Market/Bakery/Deli. Participants are invited to visit each restaurant in the order of their choice during the designated four-hour event time frame.

Advance tickets for “Rosemary Beach Uncorked” are $75 per person and may be purchased at participating restaurants, the Rosemary Beach Cottage Rental Company office and www.rosemarybeachuncorked.com. Two free “Rosemary Beach Uncorked” tickets will be provided for all Rosemary Beach Cottage Rental Company guests booking a cottage or carriage house for three consecutive nights during the event weekend.
