Tractor/Car show and History Fair

The 2013 Walton County Antique Tractor Show & Pull, Wearing o’ the Green Car Show & History Fair will be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. March 16 at Saturday, March 16, 2013, at the Walton County Fairgrounds in DeFuniak Springs. The Walton County Heritage Association will host the History Fair portion of the event, and the Walton County Fair Association, will host the antique farm equipment exhibit and tractor pull, and the Chautauqua Cruisers, which will hold its Wearing o’ the Green Car Show, for an outstanding day of family fun.

Church groups, clubs, schools, businesses, and families are invited to participate in the History Fair as we celebrate our heritage by sharing photographs, antiques, and collectibles with visitors to the event. Many have already reserved space. Others who wish to participate should complete the application form, available at www.WaltonCountyHeritage.org and return it by March 11. There is no charge to be an exhibitor unless you will be selling items. Completed forms may be mailed to or dropped off at the Walton County Heritage Museum, 1140 Circle Drive, DeFuniak Springs, FL 32435.

All exhibitors will receive two admission passes, and tables and chairs will be provided. Displays will be set up the day before from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. or you may set up on the day of the event, starting at 7 a.m. Displays may be removed from the building at the end of the History Fair or from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. the following Monday.
