Festival of the Arts: Mattie Kelly Cultural Arts Foundation presents the 22nd Annual Festival of the Arts from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Oct. 28 and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Oct. 29 at the Mattie Kelly Cultural Arts Village in Destin.
