The Walton Republican Women Federated received the Diamond Award at the National Republican Women Conference in Philadelphia. This is the highest award given to clubs for exceptional work in both campaigns and service to the community and nation.

The WRWF contributed more than 20,000 campaign hours, countless contributions to local and state volunteer groups, and awarded two scholarships to local students.

The club meets the third Wednesday of each month at Cantina Laredo with a social at 11 a.m. and meeting starting a half hour later. It is an opportunity to meet and learn from local officials, candidates and become involved in legislative issues.
