Blake Management Group (BMG), Legendary Living, and the management team from Quality Senior Living (QSL) in partnership with LongueVue Capital have introduced The Blake at Miramar Beach, a premier senior living community in Miramar Beach.

The Blake at Miramar Beach will be located at the intersection of Ponce de Leon and U.S. Highway 98, convenient to shopping and medical services. The community will feature 123 apartments of assisted living and memory care.

Assisted living residences include one or two bedroom apartments with options including a balcony or porch overlooking the courtyard. Memory care options include studio and deluxe studio residences with walk-in closets. Pricing will be based on service needs and apartment selection; however, the high-end community will be affordable and competitive with other options in the area.

Along with luxury accommodations, The Blake at Miramar Beach will provide elegant dining, concierge service, 24-hour nurse staffing, and an active social program. Other amenities include a full-service bar and lounge, a coffee and ice cream shop, salon and spa, on-site therapy services, a chapel, a theater room, activity rooms, landscaped courtyards with an outdoor fire pavilion, fountains and raised gardens, library, fitness center, transportation, and on-site parking.

When fully occupied, The Blake anticipates creating 80-100 full and part-time jobs and will become an integral part of the community. Arrive Architecture Group, a Dallas-based award winning firm with specialization in senior housing, is providing architectural design. EBM Group together with Clark Construction will serve as general contractor.
