Kaiya Beach Resort, a new community perfectly situated along Northwest Florida’s Scenic Highway 30A, opens an on-site sales studio on Monday, June 18, as it prepares to release its first villas for sale. The release date for Kaiya Beach Resort’s first villas is June 23.

After years of anticipation, interested homebuyers are invited to visit the sales studio to learn more about this luxury beach club community. The sales studio will be open seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 9247 East Highway 30A, directly west of Alys Beach.

The first homebuyers will form the Kaiya Founders Club, becoming the first to experience a curated collection of VIP benefits including a level of concierge service unmatched across the Gulf Coast. The community will be anchored by the Inn, serving as the heart of Kaiya Beach Resort with both casual and elegant dining offerings, boutique shopping and an exclusive owners-only cinema.

The initial home offerings are a mixture of three stand-alone villas ranging in size from 3,400 to 4,800 square feet. With luxury-sized lots and signature indoor-outdoor entertaining spaces, Kaiya’s founders John Pinkerton and Jason Romair are realizing their vision of a spacious community that highlights the beauty of the natural foliage they are preserving on the land. A respected and experienced developer and builder in Florida, Romair’s resume includes the development of hospitality real estate, resort retail centers, residential communities and the completion of hundreds of luxury homes over the past two decades.

Ground construction and roadway improvements began in 2017. Trails will soon be built to connect the Kaiya community to the iconic Timpoochee Trail that runs along Scenic Highway 30A.

Erik Vogt and Marieanne Khoury-Vogt, architects and urban designers, have worked closely with other Kaiya partners to bring to life Pinkerton and Romair’s vision of a community that is distinct in design, with residences that elicit relaxation, reflection and rejuvenation.

“30A is where John and I have spent some of our favorite summer days with our family, discovered new sports and met incredible friends,” says Romair. “This June, we will share this sense of community as we introduce the first of Kaiya’s finely curated villas.”
