PANAMA CITY BEACH — Police are seeking the driver of a black 2001 Chevrolet Tahoe after a reported hit-and-run accident Tuesday morning.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, Kristin Herrmann of Panama City Beach was driving her own Tahoe north on Allison Avenue when a black Tahoe headed eastbound on Laird Street drove past a stop sign, striking the front of Herrmann’s vehicle.

The black Tahoe then fled the scene, last seen driving south on Allison Avenue. The driver was described as a black man in his 20s.

The black Tahoe should have significant right-side damage. Anyone with information is asked to call FHP at (850) 873-7020.
