Thirty A Filet and Vine, a Santa Rosa Beach-based premium meats, produce and wine market, announced its fall pop-up shop series is set to run from September through December. On the first Wednesday of every month from 4 to 6 p.m., Thirty A Filet and Vine looks to feature a different specialty merchant that will offer items outside of the shop’s normally-offered products.

“Our shop sells items from some of the best local farms and select winemakers, but we know that there are some incredible locals that sell just as unique of items,” said Paul Gill, one of the owners of Thirty A Filet and Vine. “So, we thought highlighting some of our favorite vendors from our community aligned well with our buy-local mission.”

During the exclusive 4 to 6 p.m. window, store patrons can shop the pop-up sale of the featured vendor and will have an opportunity to taste select wines in the store, 1598 South County Highway 393 in Santa Rosa Beach.

“We’ve hand-selected all the vendors participating,” said Cindra Reyba, an owner of Thirty A Filet and Vine. “And we’ve found that we adore their products, so we’re sure customers will, too.”

Kicking off the lineup Sept. 5 is a hand-crafted dog treat business, K9 Rescue Rations, which is sure to please any pup. Then, in October, NaturBaker brings her incredible and delicious healthy meal and snack options to the shop. Just in time for Thanksgiving cooking in November, Espice will be there to sell its infused olive oils, and Sugar & Heart Bakery joins Thirty A Filet and Vine in December for a Christmas cookie popup.

“We’re so excited to be hosting such incredible vendors,” said Shea Gill, one of the owners of Thirty A Filet and Vine. “They’ll offer our customers unique items outside of our inventory of specialty goods.
