The Tri-County Horticulture and Environmental Studies Group's October meeting will be a field trip to Rocky Bayou State Park on Oct. 18. Meet at 10 a.m. at Rocky Bayou State Park, 4281 Highway 20, John Sims Parkway in Niceville. Park staff and Dr. Gail Baker, retired biology professor from Northwest Florida State College, will serve as guides for walks on Red Cedar Nature Trail, Longleaf Pine Trail and Steephead Spring Restoration Area.
