‘A great escape’: Seeing Red Wine Festival in its 22nd year of educating, entertaining wine lovers

An additional treat for the senses, four musical artists, placed throughout the town, will play during the Grand Tasting.

Whether a 22-year guest or a first-time visitor, strolling around enjoying wine, live music, and food is “a great way to spend a Saturday afternoon in Seaside … a great escape for everyone,” said Shiland.

A limited number of tickets are available for Saturday’s Grand Tasting, as most of the other weekend events are already sold out. Tickets are also still available for Friday’s seminar and dinner at CRUSH and the finale of the event, the champagne brunch at Great Southern Café Sunday. For more information about the festival or to buy tickets, visit SeeingRedWineFestival.com.

Parking will be limited, as Central Square, one of the main wine-tasting locales, will be closed to car traffic Saturday for the festival. To accommodate attendees, the festival has set up a free shuttle service, which will run from WaterColor Crossing shopping center on 395 from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m., allowing guests a full day of Seaside fun.
