‘A haven to me’: Hannah Martin loves living, and selling along 30A

Hannah Martin moved to the area six years ago, and quickly established herself as a local pillar of the 30A real estate community.

Martin earned her real estate license in 2009 and has recently attained her broker’s license.

“I have found my place,” said the Seagrove resident, which is evident in the fact that “I wake up excited, every day.”

She has a personal philosophy of providing “extreme customer service,” it’s what she loves.

The 24-year old to who is wise beyond her years did not have any real estate experience prior to working at Beach Properties of Florida. However from the moment you meet Martin her vibrant style and infectious personality make you realize this profession is a natural fit for her, And starting in real estate while home sales were at a low, helped her learn “many positive things,” like resilience.

Martin moved here from Jonesboro, Ark., to be close to her mother Sharon Martin, a teacher at Seaside Neighborhood School, and has had no trouble acclimating to the relaxed pace of the community.

“It’s a lifestyle I have adapted to,” she said as she smiles speaking of 30A living. “This is my home and I believe in everything this place has to offer. It’s such a haven to me.”
