The condominium is gated, with a check-in office onsite for increased security for owners and visitors. Alerio is considered a condotel or condo hotel due to the onsite check-in desk. However, owners can still choose to use the rental company of their choice to manage the rental of their individual condos.
Pre-construction prices range from $219,000 to $339,000. A fully-refundable $10,000 reservation will hold a specific Alerio vacation condo for interested buyers. Jennifer Howard, Realtor with SRE, has been selected by Alerio Development LLC to list and market the new condos.
