With the Memorial Day holiday in the rearview mirror, it's time to start thinking about summer fun, and the Village of Baytowne Wharf has plenty to offer.

With an already exciting mix of mouthwatering restaurants and quaint shops, Baytowne steps it up a notch with plenty of live music, fireworks and family fun.

The weekly festivities start every Monday with the Baytowne Block Party from 7-9 p.m. featuring DJ Glen at the new Baytowne Live stage on Adventure Lane. While dancing the night away, kids can create their own unique piece to add to the Village's summer mural project.

Capt. Davy will also be on hand, as he searches for a few good pirates to join his crew. And watch out, the captain is known to have a few tricks, and a bit of magic, up his sleeve.

Tuesdays are family night at the Village from 7-9:15 p.m., so come on out for an evening full of lawn games, such as corn hole and ladder ball, and don't forget the giant, inflatable Twister game.

Abrakadoodle will be painting faces aplenty, and for a nominal charge you can enjoy kids’ crafts with Club KZ., Sandestin’s exclusive kids’ club for the 4-12 crowd.

As the night winds down, the sky lights up with fireworks set to music at 9:15 p.m.
