UPDATE: Disaster Assistance for small businesses

According to Michael B. Peacock, Disaster Reserve and Communications Specialist for U.S. Small Business Administration Office of Disaster Assistance, "As of the close of business on July 26, 2010 for the State of Florida, the SBA has issued 640 applications and 39 loans for $4,285,800 have been approved to assist Florida business owners affected by the BP Deepwater Oil Spill."
