1. JOLLY BAY CELL TOWER - Project number 07-001-00096.  This is a major development order application submitted by Karl Hazen, requesting a 180-foot monopole tower and compound on 10.59 acres with a future land use of rural village.  The site is located on the corner of Jolly Bay Road and Fluffy Landing Road (parcel number 03-2S-19-24000-001-001A.)

2. ALYS BEACH URBAN CODE AMENDMENT #2- Project number 08-001-00005.  This is a major development order application submitted by Moore Bass Consulting, Inc.  Alys Beach proposes to amend their planned unit development conceptual plan and urban code to add the T4S - Urban General Special Gulf Front zone.  The entire site consists of 158.49 acres with a future land use of NPA/TNDA, NPA/SN.  The site is located on the eastern end of CR 30A, approximately 1 mile west of the junction of Hwy 98 & CR 30A (parcel numbers 27-3S-18-16000-027-0010 & 26-3S-18-16000-003-0000.)

3. WHISPERING LAKE PUD - Project number 07-001-00108.  This is a major development order application submitted by Moore Bass Consulting consisting of 28 multi-family townhomes, (2) 4-plex units, (16) 2-plex units, (15) 8-plex units, 100 Senior Living Apartments, and a 65,340 sq. ft. Assisted Living Facility, totaling 288 residential units to be sold to individual owners. This project is 29.65(+/-) acres with a future land use of small neighborhood.  The site is located on the east side of Veterans Road in Santa Rosa Beach (parcel numbers 26-2S-20-33200-000-0190, 26-2S-20-33700-000-00A0, 26-2S-20-33700-000-0010 through 0640.)

4. SOUTHLAND CONCRETE PLANT - Project number 07-001-00093.  This is a major development order application submitted by Buchanan and Harper Engineering, consisting of 3 buildings totaling 5,951 square feet on 4.17 acres with a future land use of industrial.  The site is located at the end of Old Ferry Road in the Point Washington area.  (parcel number 36-2S-19-24000-003-0000)
