1. SOMERBY PUD - Project number 08-001-00039.  This is a major development order application submitted by Moore Bass Consulting, Inc., seeking conceptual approval for 112 garden-style condominiums, 120 independent living units, 48 assisted living units, 24 memory care units, and 18 units in freestanding duplexes and quad-plexes, totaling 322 residential units to be sold to individual owners.  This project is 36.45 acres with a future land use of NPA/infill.  The site is on the east side of Mack Bayou Road, approximately 8 miles north of U.S. 98. (parcel numbers 25-2S-21-42000-027-0000, 25-2S-21-42350-000-0020, & 25-2S-21-42350-000-0090).

2. TREASURE TROVE ESTATES PHASE 1 PLAT - Project number 08-003-00012.  This is a preliminary plat application submitted by Emerald Coast Associates, requesting approval for 12 single family lots on 5+/- acres with a future land use of RPA.  The site is on the north side of Casa Grande Lane West (parcel number 19-2S-20-33020-00A-0130).

3. ALYS BEACH PHASE III, BLOCKS KK & MM PLAT - Project number 08-003-00013.  This is a preliminary plat application submitted by Moore Bass Consulting, requesting approval for 20 single family lots on 4.30 acres with a future land use of NPA/TN.  The site is on the south side of Sea Garden Street off C.R. 30A East (parcel numbers 26-3S-18-16000-003-0000 & 27-3S-18-16000-027-0010).

4. BMW INVESTMENTS ABANDONMENT, REPLAT, AND DEVELOPMENT ORDER AMENDMENT - Project numbers 08-008-00002, 06-002-00035 and 07-001-00027.  This is an application for abandonment via a replat submitted by Dan Arner on behalf of BMW Investments, and a request to amend minor development order number 1368.  BMW Investments is seeking to correct code violations and encroachments through the abandonment of drainage easements along the north and south property lines of lots 7 and 14 and the retention area located along the eastern border of lots 7 and 14.  BMW is also seeking to replat lots 7 and 14 and the retention area designated on the Coastal Business Center plat, as recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 10, in the Public Records of Walton County, Florida.  The site is at the end of Commercial Parkway off Goldsby Road, in the Coastal Business Center commercial subdivision (parcel numbers 30-2S-20-33500-000-0070; 000-0140 and 000-00A0).

5. TOM THUMB 331 - Project number 08-001-00015.  This is a minor development order submitted by McNeil Carroll Engineering, Inc., consisting of a 3,936 square foot convenience store with gas pumps on 1.73 acres with a future land use of commercial.  The site is located at the intersection of U.S. 331 and C.R. 3280 (parcel number 34-1S-19-230000-007-0000).
