QUASI-JUDICIAL ITEMS:

SOUTHLAND CONCRETE PLANT - Project number 07-001-00093.  This is a major development order application submitted by Buchanan and Harper Engineering, consisting of 3 buildings totaling 5,951 square feet on 4.17 acres with a future land use of industrial.  The site is located at the end of Old Ferry Road in the Point Washington area.  (parcel number 36-2S-19-24000-003-0000)
