“We grew up in a Mediterranean atmosphere and I was trained in the French manner,” said Chef Thomas. “Our restaurant is like a small European Inn, with a relaxed atmosphere, great service and the food is spectacular.”

“We use only the finest ingredients for our entrees and are prepared to order,” Thomas said. “Featuring fresh seafood, beef, lamb, pork and chicken, our dishes are carefully prepared and presented by a creative, friendly and experienced staff. Start your evening with Lollipop Lamb Chops, finished with a red wine shallot sauce, or Spanakopita, a Greek pie made of feta cheese and fresh herbs rolled in filo pastry. For an entrée, order the restaurant’s signature dish: Delicious Grouper Gourmet, pan-seared Grouper finished in a Chardonnay sauce of artichokes, wild mushrooms and fresh basil, or try the ever-indulgent Filet Mignon, “so tender you can cut it with your fork,” served with crispy fried oysters, wild mushrooms, and a Cabernet Sauvignon sauce. And last but not least, treat yourself to the Coconut Cake — moist white cake layered with a light fluffy coconut frosting.
“Our restaurant has not changed since we opened in 1990 — we are still serving wonderful food and great service to our patrons,” Thomas said. “We are older, but much wiser.”
