After five years of unparalleled service and countless rave reviews, Five Star Beach Properties is expanding with the introduction of Bliss Beach Rentals.

"When we started Bliss Beach Rentals, we wanted to provide a luxury service that is not currently available to mid-level properties," said Josh McLean, owner of Five Star Beach Properties.

Bliss Beach Rentals, which is a division of Five Star Beach Properties, is a full-service management company, providing marketing, accounting, booking and maintenance services along the sugar white beaches of the Emerald Coast .

With properties from Destin to Rosemary Beach, surpassing the expectations of homeowners and guests is the goal for the team at Five Star and Bliss Beach Rentals. From private chefs and deep-sea fishing to spa services and transportation, the concierge team offers an exclusive service that is second to none.

Whether it's Bliss Beach Rentals or Five Star Beach Properties, personalized service is not only part of what they do, it's who they are.

"When someone checks in, we have greeters who meet them at the property and give them a tour of the house and show them all of the amenities and features, whether it's how to work the AV system or the Jacuzzi," said Michael Dobson, director of business development for Five Star Beach Properties. "We use that time to find out our guests' needs and any way that we can help them during their stay."

After the initial greeting, which comes complete with a welcome gift, the guest management team will follow up with visitors the next day to make sure they are comfortable and have everything they need to make their stay memorable.
