Not only does this personalized service benefit the guests, it's also designed to give the homeowner reassurance that their property is being carefully monitored and looked after.

 All properties managed by Five Star and Bliss receive the "Five Star" treatment, which is a unique approach not seen at other big-box management companies.

Properties must meet very specific criteria for inclusion into the luxury rental program. Maintenance and housekeeping programs are designed to save owners money while keeping properties in optimal shape. Each home is marketed individually, complete with photography, interactive floor plans and high-definition video. And, each guest is welcomed by a warm, smiling member of the staff upon their arrival.

In addition to the Five Star experience, homeowners can also participate in their guaranteed rental program, which varies from the traditional commission-based rental program.

Five Star’s guaranteed rental program offers homeowners economic stability in that they receive a consistent and steady profit throughout the year, as well as lower marketing fees and lower maintenance fees, as the company pays for normal wear and tear throughout the year.
