The Walton County Board of Commissioners will hold their  regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, July 22, 2008 beginning at 4:00 PM at the Walton County Courthouse located at 571 US Highway 90, DeFuniak Springs, FL.

d. Adopt a Resolution supporting the Community Building Code Administration Grant Act of 2007 as requested by the Building Officials Association of Florida
e. Request to designate $60,000 of Public Works road material funds for the reconstruction of the parking lot on the west side of the courthouse and parking lots west of the old Sheriff's Administration Building and north of the old Jail. These funds will also be used to upgrade the existing stormwater facilities.
f. Request to adopt a Resolution asking the Florida Department of Corrections to construct a prison annex at Walton Correctional Institute
g. Set Public Hearing dates to approve the 2008-2009 Budget
h. Approval to draft Interlocal agreement with the City of Freeport allowing County use of the Recreational Facility at Freeport Regional Park and proposed practice baseball fields

1. Review draft Ordinance regarding use of Multi-Use Paths, Trails and Sidewalks and give permission to advertise for a Public Hearing to consider adopting an Ordinance
