Classes at Sandestin Fitness Center are every Tuesday from 6:30-8 p.m. at a cost of $15 for a single class or $50 for a four-class package.

Every Wednesday night at The Ocean Club, you can find Yoshi on the dance floor beginning at 6 p.m. until the band begins playing at 7:30 p.m. When the band takes a break, he's back out on the floor in what he calls Latin Intermissions. There is no charge for this basic introduction.

"During their break, I dance," he said.
