Déjà Vu carries young contemporary styles in tops, skirts and dresses. Judith March is their sister company and specialty line. At the sale, women can find those high-end styles for between $5 and $30, which makes their corner very popular.

However, designer clothing is not the only hot ticket item to be found at this event. This is a yard sale a man can love also. Golf clubs, fishing rods, antiques, dishes, household items, and most everything else under the sun offered from 75 different vendors at nearly 100 tables can be found. The vendors consist of many locals and those who come in for this sale from around the Southeast.

For the convenience of shoppers, Seaside will offer complimentary off-site parking and shuttle service from the lot on County Road 283, just across the road from The Shops of Grayton, allowing ease to go and spend an hour or the whole day. This service will be available Saturday for the Community Yard Sale from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.

The next day, the town will bring out its gold, purple and green to celebrate Mardi Gras.

The festivities begin at noon with kids' activities, including balloon sculpting, arts and crafts and face painting from noon until 2 p.m. led by Abrakadoodle Art Education and Parties.

One of the activities will be the opportunity to make king and queen crowns that can be then worn in the walking parade around Seaside that will begin at 2 p.m.

"Abrakadoodle looks forward to making colorful noise makers and topsy turvy Mardi Gras crowns with the children," said Executive Director Erin Bakker. "These activities will be great for all ages and as always, we are honored to be a part of Seaside's Mardi Gras celebration!"
