If it’s a fall Saturday on 30A, you will find sports fans from around the country proudly displaying their school pride all over town. The Watercolor/Seaside area is packed with alumni from many of college football’s biggest rivalries, and they are always ready to share in the excitement.

NatureWalk at Seagrove is getting in on the action with their Flip Flops and Football Facebook Photo Contest. Visitors to the Sales Center are greeted by a festive atmosphere and have the opportunity to tour four designer decorated models, each representing a perfect destination for families to enjoy big-time college football together in the future.

Dozens of new homes are under construction in this popular 30A community located adjacent to WaterColor and Seaside. A frenzied summer sales pace resulted in the early release of Phase II homesites and Kolter Homes has constructed several new residences that will be available to buyers who desire immediate occupancy.

“Our residents are a fun group of people, and college football is a big part of their lifestyle ,” says Steve Griggs, Vice President with Kolter Homes.  “While their team may not always be ranked No. 1, they enjoy the camaraderie amongst neighbors. NatureWalk offers that true sense of community where people are making new friends every day.”

After gearing up construction in response to market demand, Kolter Homes is nearing completion of seven single-family home residences that are slated for inclusion in their year-end sales event. This fall, as an added benefit for homebuyers at NatureWalk, Kolter Homes is also offering special incentives on any Quick Delivery home that closes before the end of 2013.

NatureWalk at Seagrove is located just minutes from Seagrove Beach and the community’s private entrance featuring a picturesque wooden bridge showcasing the natural landscape of the Point Washington State Forest that surrounds the community. Although residents are only a short bike ride to the beach and favorite downtown hotspots, they enjoy a private natural sanctuary that serves as a backdrop to the charming single-family homes priced from the high $400s.

Eight unique floorplans are offered, each designed in the distinct coastal architecture admired throughout the region. The three- and four-bedroom homes range in size from 2,138 to 2,894 square feet of air-conditioned living space.  Expansive wrap-around porches and secluded private patios are the perfect settings for indoor and outdoor living that invites family and friend interaction. A variety of floorplans offer convenient owner’s lockouts, dual master suites, great rooms with open kitchens, bonus rooms and plenty of storage.
