Want to buy a home in Destin? Want to take a relaxing vacation on the best white-sand beaches? Everywhere you look, you find signs and advertisements for real estate companies or vacation rental management and you see trucks with remodeling services.

As a property buyer, renter or owner, how do you know what company to choose to help you? After talking with the partners of Destin Palms Real Estate LLC and Destin Palms Vacations, Inc. the answer will become quite clear — Destin Palms is different.

Senior Partner Paul Couch's enthusiasm is apparent.

“No matter what you’re looking for as a property owner, an investor or a guest, we have an expert on our team who can provide you with the service you need. In over 30 years of business, I never worked with a team as knowledgeable or experienced as this one," he said. "As owners of investment properties ourselves, we know firsthand how important it is to have a team you can trust.”

Together, the team of Destin Palms combines 71 years in Real Estate sales and property management experience, and 75 years in construction and property maintenance.

“We want to provide our clients with service that they’ve never seen before. We want them to feel like family,” said partner Tina Couch.

Destin Palms, with a motto of “Let our family take care of yours,” was created by two families after recognizing that there was a gaping hole in the market. Many companies do some combination of rentals and Real Estate, but no one combines them with property preservation and maintenance the way Destin Palms does.
