Free CPR class offered at OWC

A person’s greatest chance of survival during a medical emergency greatly increases not when a professional rescuer arrives, but through life-sustaining CPR performed by the average person who is already on the scene.
At least one person in every household, office or school should be trained and certified in CPR. It is also important for teens with babysitting jobs.
Northwest Florida Red Cross is hosting free training in CPR May 10 at the Niceville OWC Campus. Contact Carissa Stanley at (850) 682-3356 ext. 10 or stanleyc@usa.redcross.org for times and more information.
