Wine World Miramar kicked off its new redo and look with, what else, but a five-course wine dinner last Tuesday night featuring Banfi wines. Sharron McCarthy, former president of the Society of Wine Educators, led a wine seminar before the dinner. Stacey and Mike Brady, Susan and Phil Benton, Dawn Moliterno, Jim Bagby, Colleen Coffield, and Lori Karian are some who enjoyed the fabulous Chilean sea bass and ribs prepared by Chef Sandor. Sandor surprised Colleen by presenting her dessert with a candle on top as an early birthday gift. Wine dinners are such fun!
