What goes better with football than homemade pizza?

Football and more football, and the World Series. I love fall.

After the gym, errands and some beach time last weekend — wasn't it glorious? — it was time to hunker down and watch some ball. As I imagine a lot of folks did, I switched the channels back and forth between watching the Tide roll and the Garnet and Gold win. Wow, do both have stellar teams this season! The baseball — that proved to be a little more touch and go, but worth the watch.

The festive spirit does inspire festive cooking — such as hotdogs, homemade pizza, and a slow-cooked Boston butt Rroast. Yum, and more yum!

Joyce Sunday, and Laura Cox watched the Noles win last Saturday in Tally.

Jennifer McAlexander watched her game from the Superdome.

Tom and Michelle Fillingim rooted for their Red Sox from sunny southern California's palm desert.

Greg and Beverly Schmitt traveled to Jacksonville , on to Amelia Island , then stopped in Tallahassee on their way back to see the FSU game.
