Jim & Nicks not only brought pork to the Best of the Emerald Coast event, they brought their own pig.

Last week was a busy one with some place to go every day.

Seaside Rep kicked off the fun Tuesday night with a "thank you" and membership party at Sea Sabella in Seaside. Kelly Buzzett, Maunsel and Karen White, Hank White and Didon Comer, Mike and Angela Ragsdale, Paige Schnell, Scott Bruns, Payson and Steve Howard, Melissa and Larry Davis, Buz and Susan Livingston, Dottie and Tom Hidell, Rod and Michelle Joly, Gail Judd, Jennifer Green and Nikki Nickerson, Linda Miller, Brook Stetler, Lisa Connell, and Lynn Nesmith were there and enjoyed yummy meatloaf, cookies and chocolate-dipped strawberries.

The monthly Walton County Chamber luncheon was last Wednesday at Sandestin's Linkside Center with a candidate forum as the program. Kitty Whitney, Ken Little, Denny Wenrick, and Robert McCullar attended.

Walton Chamber's Business After Hours was last Thursday night at Tops'l's Clubhouse, upstairs overlooking the tennis courts. I must say that Tops'l pulled out all the stops and served quite a spread, plus some signature martinis and Christmas punch. Karen Kolenberg, Darwin Davis and Ginny Olson, Mike McIntosh, Ann Kief, and Peter Burke enjoyed. Nice job!

I enjoyed lunch at Vue on 30A last Friday with one of the sweetest ladies I know: Peggy Lillie. I saw Chef Gio, Brenda Radtke, Redd Vizard and her sister, and Ginny Jones there. We enjoyed Gio's Oriental salad.

I sampled Wine World at Grand Boulevard's Friday night wine tasting last week. John and Debbi Morris, Mo Powers, Bailey Howard, Burt and Eileen Wise enjoyed tasting 10 different wines. John Morris was pouring and he always makes it fun and informative. I also saw Judith Christman there.
