On Saturday, April 26, buyers will be able to name their own price starting as low as $2,500 per lot to become the new owners of premier real estate on some of the most prominent lakes in the Florida Panhandle, just off Hwy. 77 and Hwy. 279.

Lucas, Dunford, Payne and Bluegill lakes are the back drop for approximately 200 lakefront, lake view and lake access lots, along with a beautiful three-bedroom lake house and 314+/- acre sportsman’s retreat (offered in tracts). There will be at least 20 lots and 45 +/- acres offered absolute, regardless of price.  The auction will be conducted by the National Auction Group, Inc. of Gadsden , Ala.

“We have a motivated seller that intends to sell as many properties as there are buyers on auction day,” said William R. Bone, president of the National Auction Group, Inc.  “This auction should be appealing to retirees, outdoor enthusiast, first time owners, as well as investors and developers.”

The natural beauty and ideal location will be enticing to potential buyers from all over the Southeast. While these developments offer tranquility and privacy, they are only minutes from all the attractions of Panama City Beach , I-10 and the Northwest Florida International Airport . The properties are located within six established waterfront communities, and overlook the crystal-clear waters of more than 700+/- acres of spring-fed lakes.  Owners can enjoy trophy bass fishing, skiing, swimming, canoeing, kayaking, hiking, biking, and horseback riding right out their back door.

Excellent owner financing is available for all properties subject to certain guidelines. A 1 percent discount off the successful high bids will be offered for buyers that close with cash on auction day.

The live auction will take place Saturday, April 26th on the premises of the Paradise Lakes Development located at 2300 Paradise Lakes Road Chipley , Fla. , 32428 . The properties are available to tour daily by appointment from 10 a.m.  – 6 p.m. April 19, 20, and 25. Registration will begin at 9 a.m. and the auction will start at 11 a.m. on the 26.
