Realtor unveils 'opportunity' for new homes steps from the beach

With the start of a fresh new year, Premier Property Group Realtor associate Jan Butela is thrilled to represent a fresh new project in the charming, off-the-beaten path community of Cassine Village.

What makes the project even sweeter for Butela is that she is a full-time resident of the community, making her an expert on the benefits of life in the small, 78-home neighborhood of pastel colored beach cottages, located just off of Scenic Highway 30A in Seagrove Beach.

Butela is partnering with Cassine Development Corporation and Greg Goodwin Construction, Inc. on the new homes.

“We are releasing the final selection of developer-owned homesites in Cassine Village as home and lot packages,” said Butela. “It is the last opportunity to buy new into the community and not as a resale. There are seven beautiful house plans available and only eleven remaining lots. Cassine Village offers both an outstanding location and amenities at an attractive price point. I feel Cassine is the best value currently available for new construction opportunities along 30A.”

The picturesque community is nestled amongst old twisted oaks, towering cypress and namesake, native cassine trees which are found in the Point Washington State Forest that borders the property. Owner amenities include two swimming pools, two tennis courts, nature walking and fitness trails, and a community lake — perfect for reflecting after a long day spent at the beach. Speaking of the beach, it is only a short walk from Cassine Village along with many favorite 30A restaurants like Angelina’s, Café Thirty-A, Cocoon’s and Goatfeathers.

Montgomery, Ala., residents Dave and Chalon Moore worked with Butela to become the first purchasers of the new home and lot packages in Cassine Village and their home will be completed this month. Having originally planned to purchase in Destin, the Moore’s were hooked on the community and South Walton after one drive through the neighborhood.

“We selected Cassine Village in Seagrove Beach after countless hours of online research and many trips to Florida visiting potential beach communities in the Panhandle,” explained Chalon Moore. “I'll never forget the first time we drove through Cassine, with its beautiful Florida cottages and wonderful amenities.”
