The father and son team of Joel and Cagen Williams have big plans for the former site of First Note Music Hall in 30A's Redfish Village , after acquiring the property recently.

"We enjoy renovating spaces," said Joel, the elder Williams. "Everything we do, we try and take it up a notch."

Centrally located along 30A in Blue Mountain Beach, this second generation restaurant space is an outparcel within the mixed-use venue known as Redfish Village located at 2052 Hwy. 30A West in Santa Rosa Beach. It features a phenomenal kitchen and bar that would rival most any in South Walton, while offering a fantastic entertainment environment with its  state-of-the-art, concert-quality sound and stage.

The acquisition is the first restaurant space for the Williams Group, which has focused mainly on office properties to this point.

As the real estate broker at Somers & Company, John Paul Somers told The Sun the passion and integrity that Joel and Cagen bring to the table are unparalleled.

"They've been very diligent in reimaging properties, thus creating marketability for me to more effectively promote," he said. "Their passion is contagious, which ultimately infuses new excitement into the projects in which we embark."

Culturally expanding the 30A market is exactly what Joel and Cagen have in mind.
